Refund Policy

This policy covers Pro, Student and Team subscriptions bought from A2.AI PTY LTD. Enterprise refunds follow your contract.

Cancelling

• Cancel any time from Settings → Plan → Manage subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the month or year you've paid for, and you won't be charged for any further periods. Team seat additions already invoiced or outstanding are settled on your final invoice.
• Cancelling doesn't delete your notes. When the plan ends, your account moves to Basic's limits and you can still read, edit, export and delete all of them. History follows Basic's limits; see the Terms.

Refunds

• First payment: if Utsushi isn't for you, ask us within 14 days of your first payment for a paid plan and we'll refund it in full.
• Annual renewals: ask us within 30 days of an annual renewal and we'll refund the unused whole months of that year.
• Monthly renewals aren't refunded for part-months, except where the law requires it.
• Team seats: reducing billable seats above the 3-seat minimum earns a credit against your future invoices. If you cancel, any unused credit left after your final invoice is refunded on request.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.

Your rights under Australian law

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the service has a major failure, you're entitled to a refund or other remedy regardless of the time limits above.
