Members and roles
Invite people by email, make them an owner, admin or member, and see how many seats are in use.
Team & Enterprise
Everything in Pro for every member, plus shared org folders and an admin console. It's still end-to-end encrypted, so admins manage people and seats but can't read anyone's private notes.
What you get
The admin console lives in the app, in Settings → Organisation.
Invite people by email, make them an owner, admin or member, and see how many seats are in use.
Folders the organisation owns. Every active member gets access to their notes, and you can see who has it.
Invites, joins, removals, role changes, org folder changes, and settings and billing changes. Metadata only, never note content.
Remove someone and the keys of the org notes they could read are rotated, so they can't read anything new. They keep what they already saw.
Admins can't read members' private notes. Notes are encrypted on each member's device, and admins never receive those keys.
Seats, invoices and the billing portal in one place. Allowed email domains keep invites inside your company.
The privacy model
Utsushi encrypts every note on your device. The organisation controls its org folders and who's in it. It has no way into anything you haven't shared with it.

Questions
Download the app or open the web app, sign in, and create an organisation in Settings → Organisation. Then invite your team.
Remove them in the admin console. The keys for the org folders they could read are rotated, so they can't read anything added or changed after that. Like any shared document, they keep what they already saw. Their private notes stay theirs.
SSO (SAML) is part of Enterprise. We set it up with you for your identity provider (Okta, Entra ID, Google Workspace, JumpCloud and others) during onboarding. SSO signs people in; on their first sign-in each person sets a vault passphrase and saves a recovery key, which unlock their encrypted notes. Your IT team can't unlock anyone's notes. Yes. Each member can connect AI apps on their own computer through the desktop app's local MCP server. Each connection only reaches the notes that member can already read. How it works.
Monthly or annual, billed in advance for at least 3 seats. See the Terms and Refund Policy for the details.
